NJDOT Traffic Project Updates
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is undertaking a project to reconstruct the Route 3, Route 46, Valley Road and Notch/Rifle Camp Road Interchanges to correct existing operational and safety problems along the Route 3 and Route 46 corridor as these existing problems have resulted in a high occurrence of accidents and chronic bottlenecks. Construction for Part A of the project is anticipated to continue until July 2018. The contract for Part B is in the Final Design Phase.
Latest update (4/26): Route 46 eastbound ramp closures overnight this week in Passaic County.

Passaic County Mosquito Control Issues Information Packet about Spraying for Adult Mosquitoes
Pursuant to NJAC 7:30-9. 10(e) Passaic County Mosquito Control is providing an information packet in the event that spraying for adult mosquitoes is deemed necessary within the Township of Little Falls.

Historical Morris Canal Heritage Artisan Festival set for Sunday, August 28
Little Falls ABC Presents an Artisan Festival at the Historic Morris Canal Park from 9:30 am-5 pm on Sunday, August 28. It promises to be a wonderful day. Events include a White Tent Historical Event. 70 artists, crafters, sculptures, wood crafters and more will exhibit and sell their works. Property Tax Reimbursement Program (Senior Freeze) Applications
The Division of Taxation has begun mailing out applications for the 2015 property tax reimbursement (Senior Freeze) to senior and disabled residents who may be eligible for the program. The deadline for filing the applications is June 1, 2016.
