- Windows & Insulation
- Plumbing and more!
If you live in Little Falls, own your home, and your total gross annual household income is within the income limit for your household size shown in the flyer linked below, you may qualify to participate in the program.

- Funds are provided as a no interest (0%) deferred loan
- There is no monthly payment
- The loan is not due payable until upon sale or transfer of title
- A professional inspector oversees the rehabilitation process
