The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners along with the Office of Solid Waste & Recycling Programs is offering free household hazardous waste recycling services for Passaic County residents (proof of residency required) from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm on the following dates and locations, rain or shine:
- Saturday, April 2: Montclair State University, 143 Clove Road, Little Falls
- Sunday, May 1: City of Passaic Employee Lot, 333 Passaic Street
- Sunday, June 5: West Milford Recycling Center, 30 Lycosky Drive
- Saturday, September 17: Ringwood Park & Ride, 30 Cannici Drive
- Sunday, October 23: Clifton DPW, 307 East 7th Street, Clifton
- Saturday, December 3: PCCC Wanaque Campus, 500 Union Avenue

Small Quantity Commercial Generators (CESQG's) must call (973) 305-5738 to make special arrangements. A nominal fee will be charged.
