The Passaic County Surrogate Court is hoping to continue to build a relationship with the residents of Township of Little Falls. Most people think of the Surrogate Court as working exclusively with Wills and the financial affairs of people who have passed. However, the Surrogate Court also deals with the guardianships of children, guardianships/conservatorships of adults, and trusts as well as adoptions.
Passaic County Surrogate Court will be hosting Night Court Events to benefit the community, increase awareness through education, and to provide valuable information to the community. Schedules for the Spring, Summer and Autumn Night Court Events are available for download from the links below.
